  Cute little spot for sushi. Everyone is really nice here. Its usually packed for lunch. I like the boarder in-between the tables so strangers can share a table while still feeling like they have their own space.
  
  Other than that, the food is good! I love their Miso Soup and I'm pretty picky when it comes to Miso Soup! I stick with the CA roll and chicken teriyaki with rice. Good portion sizes for the price. Definitely leaving full every time.

  Absolutely the WORST Sushi/Sashimi/Bento I've had in my entire life. Just threw my entire meal in the trash it was so abysmal. I ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Bento which has Salmon Teriyaki, seaweed salad, 1 california roll, grilled veggies, tempura, tuna & salmon sashimi, and also comes with a soup and salad. I'll itemize my reactions to each portion of the meal. I would emphatically NOT recommend this place to anyone. I'd give this place less than 1 star if I could.
  
  *Rice: The only good part of the meal. Was seasoned and cooked correctly.
  *Salmon Teriyaki: Cold, Overcooked, and sitting in a congealed teriyaki sauce that was snot like in texture.
  *Seaweed Salad: Completely unseasoned
  *California Roll: Fake crab despite being listed as crab. If you're going to use fake crab LIST IT AS SUCH ON THE MENU.
  *Grilled Veggies: Extremely small shriveled DRY mushrooms with an odd texture like they had been previously dried out then reconstituted in water but not done properly, there was also broccoli which was fine. However, the entire thing was tossed in the same congealed snot-like teriyaki sauce as the salmon.
  *Tempura: Not cooked long enough. Shimp was soggy. Veggie was still slighly cruncy. Batter overall was soggy.
  *Tuna & Salmon Sashimi: Tuna was obviously the dyed tuna the lower quality shops use. The salmon looked slimy so did not touch it out of fear of getting sick from it.
  *Soup & Salad: Soup was on the salty side. Salad was fine. Dressing used was obviously not made in house, but from a bottle.

  This is my favorite sushi place ever, they have a wide range of sushi choices, all at great prices. Everything tastes fresh and you can sit at the sushi bar and watch your food be made! My favorite roll is the heart attack roll, it has spicy tuna, cucumber, jalapeño, and avocado, on top of it is crab with crunchy bits and spicy mayo plus the unagi sauce, the sweet along with the spicy is amazing.

  Had the Monster Sushi Roll (8 pcs for $10.95) it has Deep Fried Salmon, Tuna, Hamachi, Crab, Avocado, Cream Cheese, Unagi Sauce, Spicy Mango Sauce, Fish Eggs & Green Onions. I chose opt out of getting the Spicy Mango Sauce as I generally don't like sweet & savory combos. I came in on a week day for lunch and the restaurant was pretty busy with a few empty tables. They have a nice bar setting right in front of where they roll the sushi. In addition to seeing the sushi being rolled I was also able to see the men washing their hands throughout which is always nice to see when people are working with food with their bare hands. I didn't eat in so I sat at the bar while I waited for my order. I was helped right away by a hostess at the front counter. My food came in about the estimated 10 mins the hostess told me it would take. The presentation was nice even for a to go order. The colors were nice and it looked tasty. My food was also hot when they gave it to me. I really enjoyed the Monster Sushi Roll.

  I use to love this place despite the unfriendly staff but after today I won't be going there. There was something not fresh at all in the roll, the jalapeño, the tuna or the crab. I told the staff how there was something not fresh in the roll and that I never have had a bad roll here. 3/4 of the roll was still there. The waitress didn't say one word to me about it. She just took my credit card and ran my card. Guess I have to find another sushi place
